Shipping Policy
At Krispy Kickz Sneaker Care we make use of a reputable courier service for our collection and delivery service to ensure maximum efficiency with the lowest prices.
Krispy Kickz Sneaker Care is not liable for parcels that have been lost or misplaced in transit by our third party suppliers and/or contractors. This includes but is not limited to all products sold and sneakers sent to and from our locations.
To protect your investments, additional insurance on items in transit may be provided upon your request at an additional cost.
We are not liable for the success of the insurance claim however we will assist you with the process.
Courier services may take anywhere between 2-7 days, both to and from our store depending on your geographic location.
Refund/Return Policy
At Krispy Kickz Sneaker Care, we offer a 3month return policy on all defect customization/colour restoration work.
In the case of a major defect or an applicable refundable situation outside of customization or colour restoration, your return will be inspected, and you will be notified as to whether it is approved or not.
If approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will either apply to your customer profile or you will be refunded via your original method of payment.
